Designing titles for opening sequences is one of the oldest forms of motion graphics. This course will introduce students to the concept of kinetic typography and provide hands-on experience of designing titles for opening sequences and trailers. Students will create a body of work that incorporates title design for these two exciting fields of motion graphics. The course will also cover the history and evolution of title design and analyze the work of the masters in the field.
