Since 2001 Lance has worked for MTV where he is currently a design director for the channel.
While working for MTV Lance has designed print and Broadcast graphics for all of MTVs
major properties. Most recently he was responsible for the updated MTV logo and the network
redesign. In addition he designed the current Viacom logo.

Lance received his BFA at Temple University Tyler School Of Art. After graduating college he
accepted a position as a graphic designer for Urban Outfitters where he stayed four and a half years.

Lance Rusoff's work has been recognized by Communication Arts, Print Magazine, How Magazine,
Type Directors Club, Graphis, The New York Art Directors Club, Broadcast Designers Association.  

Lance teaches Typography III and Typography IV.
